Will deals with all aspects of private client work. His areas of expertise include wills and tax planning, powers of attorney and court of protection matters and the administration of estates and trusts. Will advises both domestic and overseas individuals and estates.
Will has experience of acting in the administration of estates with assets in multiple jurisdictions. Will qualified as a solicitor in February 2018 and worked in London and the South East before joining Mutual' Brighton office. He worked in the field in which he now specialises for a number of years prior to qualifying as a solicitor. He takes pride in understanding his client's problems and tailoring solutions for their individual needs; and takes often complex technical issues and works with his clients to provide solutions that they can take assurance in.
