I have extensive experience of debt capital markets and credit facilities (including structured finance, derivatives, project finance, LBOs, asset finance and film finance), general corporate instructions (including joint ventures, share acquisitions and disposals, and strategic investments in preferred securities), listing work and funds-related transactions (advising listed funds invested in debt securities, private equity transactions and the establishment and ongoing maintenance and compliance issues for property funds). Whilst in Sydney, I was also seconded to act as Head of Legal and Prudential for the Asset and Infrastructure Group at Macquaire Bank.
